Please testing the receiver before usage.When turn on the power, all the 24 channels testing LED will not turn on. It means all the cues are work well. BRIEF INSTRUCTION

DBR02-X24 series far distance remote firing system

DBR02-X series firing system is one kind of
far distance remote FS researched by our factory. Remote distance could be 500 meters. It is special for the small&medium-sized display. It is with internal Li battery. And it can make sequential fire, salvo fire and step fire function.

For Charger

Thecharger special for Li charge voltage：12.6v charge currency：1A charge time： about 5 hours.

The charger has protecting function ,which can protect the battery broken by long time charging . The indicate light gets “RED”when charging, and turns “GREEN” when full

Lowbattery The voltage accuracy is +/-0.1V.The low battery indicator will flash

when the electricity is lower than 20%. It will flash faster when electricity getting lower, and will turn off the machine below 5%.

Functions

1.1 Wire control manual

We have added the wire control function on this system. In case the signal interference is very stronger. Using a normal two cores wire cable for connecting the controller and receivers. The clips is in the back of the cases. There is no difference for positive or negative pole. And then turn on the power of machine, the indicate lamp for connection will get GREEN. It means the wire is connecting well. When we have the wire cable, the remote function is closed. And the operate method is the same as the remote control model. The picture for connection is below:

Main Function Testing

Turn on the power switch for transmitter and receivers. For the receiver,all the LED light will not light means it work well. If there is LED light get red,it means that cue has problem. Please don’t connect products on that channel.

New function: The power lamp will get green if in the safety switch on Test position,and get red if on Fire position.

Put the antenna into the right position;put the safety keys into the receivers, and move to the “Test”position. (below picture is for antenna of receivers.It is on the left of receivers)

Adjustthe transmitter and receivers District to the same (it is adjust to 1 district in the picture)

Keepthe distance for transmitter and receivers at least 5M.If you press any button on the transmitter, the indicate lamp for signal will get “RED”(It is in the middle of the receiver,please look at the pictures below)

Onetransmitter could run 100 receivers at most. It can control by the “district”table.00-99 is stand for 1 to 100 receivers.Please see the pictures below.

Igniters Connecting and Testing

Turn off the power,put the igniters into the red&black clips. And then turn on the power. It means the connection is well when the relative lamps get “Green”.And will not light if not in connection. If the light get red,it means the channel has problem, please don’t use it.

Fire

Aftercheck all parts, turn off the And make sure the “safety switch” move to”Test”

Connectingthe igniters into the clips

Turnon the power, move the “safety switch”to fire position, and then you can press the button on transmitter for fire.

Some Special Functions

Howto program the transmitter and receivers

Turn on the power, and then adjust remote and receivers to the same district .Using one hand pressing any button on the transmitter(button 1 in the picture),another hand pressing the “Study”button on receiver. The indicate lamp for signal will flash. After 3 times, please release the hand for “Study”. If the signal lamp still light, it means the program is successful.

Movingup “1-12”means fire 1-12 cues The same meaning for “13-24”button. If you need to sequential all cues, please move both buttons up.

Adjustthe “+”and”-”buttons for sequential (the below picture is 0.2S)

Nowpress the “Rapid”,all the channels will fire by the sequential

New function: You can stop the sequential fire even when it is start. That means when you press any button one controller, the seqeuential fire will stop .

Fireall

Adjust the sequential time to 0.0, and then press “Rapid”,all the cues will fire together.

The fire memory function for transmitter: there are one memory light for each channel.When you pressthe remote button, the light will keep “RED”. It indicates this channels is already fired . When you change the “district”, the memory light will disappeared.(the picture below is showing the system is fired to 8th channel)

New improvment: Please move the safety switch to “test” position for programming. First set the same district. Then press any button on controller, the other hand press “study” button on receiver. After the light flash more than 3 times, and the programming is finished.

FAQ

You may have some problems when you install and use this machine. Please read the information below. If you still can’t solve the problems, please contact with us.

Reprogram the transmitter and receivers.
the receivers can’t fire	1. Check if the the safety switch on the “fire”position 2. Change the igniters 3. The receiver’s power is not enough, charge it again

5.Attentions

All the wireless control products may have the interference problems.(For example,there are some wireless microphone or inter phone with the same frequency ) Please test before using. Please use the wire control products if the interference problem is very serous.

Please keep at least 0.5M distance between two wireless receivers. In order to reduce the interference among the products.
